House rules

 

 

  • Outdoor facilities: The holiday home and the outdoor facilities contain the forecourt and the terrace. Please leave the outdoor facilities in the same way you found it when arriving. Please throw the rubbish in the dustbin.

  • Bathroom: To avoid limescales, we please you to clean the tiles after every shower. If possible, please open the window for ventilation. Don´t throw hygiene products, waste, toxic liquids, fats or food debris in the shower or toilet because it can lead to blockages.

  • Damages: It can always happen that something gets broken. If this is the case, please contact us directly. The guest or his insurance is liable for the damage.

  • Bedclothes: For the lenght of your stay we provide bedclothes for you. You don´t need to strip it before your departure.

  • Final cleaning: The costs for the final cleaning are included in the price. You have to leave the apartment broom-clean and dishes must be washed. If we find after your departure a huge mess , we send you a bill for the additional efforts.

  • Garden furniture: On the terrace we provide you a table and six chairs. Please leave the terrace clean and take the rubbish with you.

  • Dishwasher: For the beginning we provide dishwasher tabs. After consuming them you can use your own dishwashertabs or ask us for lending. For a small fee we sell you some. Before departing please put all the dishes back into the cupboard.

  • Dish towels: We provide dish towels for you. You can find them on the kitchnette. For more sustainability please handle it conscientious.

  • Liability: The renter is not liable for the objects of value of the guest.

  • Towels: Towels can be lent out for 2€ per person and day. Please throw the used towels on the floor before departing.

  • House holder´s rights: It can happen (rarely) that the householder enters the apartment without preannouncement.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Internet/ W-LAN: The apartment provides wireless lan. Please ask for the password.

  • Kitchen: The kitchen is new. Please be carefull while using it. Put only clean dishes, cutlery, pots and devices in the cupboards. Don´t throw wastes, food debris, toxic liquids or fads in the sink.

  • Fridge: Before departure please empty the fridge and wipe it out.

  • Cancellation : If a guest disregards the house rules several times the house holder can cancel the contract and the rentee has to leave the apartment directly. In this case the guest has no right for refund.

  • Airing : To prevent the formation of mold we please you to air the rooms (1 time per day, 5 to10 minutes). In addition please keep the rolling shutters opened during the day.

  • Garbage: We are obliged to garbage separation. Please put plastic waste in the yellow bag, paper in the bucket on the right and the rest in the residual waste.

  • Additional costs: Water, electricity, heating and garbage collection are included in the renting fee. It refers to an average consume. If the costs are above average the householder can charge an extra fee. Please put the headlights off when leaving the house.

  • Parking facilities : You can park in front of the house or on the street. If we provide you a parking space it leads to a custody agreement. The householder is not liable for damage or loss.

  • Price reduction: In case of an outage of technical devices or public utility because or natural acts there is no right for price reduction. If something does not work please contact us directly. Claims that reach us too late can not be accepted.

  • Smoking : Smoking is prohibited in the total area of the apartment. Damages because of cigarettes have to be replaced. There is the possibility to smoke on the terrace or in front of the house.Please put cigarette ash in the ashtray and empty it regularly in the residual waste.

  • Cleaning: If you pollute something clean it directly. We provide you detergents. Please leave the apartment bloom-clean and put the dishes in the cupboard.

  • Periods of rest: The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect the periods of rest (10 p.m.- 7 a.m. ).

  • Keys: Please don´t give the keys away. If you loose the keys please contact us directly. The guest is liable for the recovery costs.

  • Shoes: Please take off shoes especially in the wet months.

  • Due dilligence: Please always close the door and windows when leaving.

  • Late Check-out: For checking out between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. you pay the rental fee for a half day. For checking out after 6 p.m. you pay the full rental fee for this day.

  • Cancellation: There are the following cancellation fees:

    up to two weeks in advance: 0%

    up to one week in advance: 30%

    -> less than one week in advance: 50%

    If you do not cancel you have to pay the full price.

  • Phone: We provide no phone.

  • Toilet: We provide toilet paper. Please use it in a normal manner. Don´t throw hygiene products, waste, toxic liquids, fats or food debris in the shower or toilet because it can lead to blockages. If there is a blockage the guest has to pay for the unclogging.

  • Early departure: In case of early departure no refund will be made.

  • Intermediate cleaning: The apartment is cleaned regularly. Should you require intermediate cleaning during your stay, we can arrange this for you (for an extra fee).
